Alan Krieger, a seasoned leadership trainer and creator of the T.E.A.M. Communication Styles® assessment, offers an interactive program for new and experienced trainers who teach leadership, communication, or teamwork skills. Using a simple four-style communication model, participants learn how to better interpret others, adapt their own style, and design training that connects with all learners. The program provides practical strategies to reduce conflict, improve clarity, and strengthen workplace relationships, with each attendee receiving a free personalized communication style assessment. Engagement is built through discussions, small groups, polls, video clips, and Q&A.

Alan Krieger is a seasoned leadership trainer with over 30 years experience helping organizations strengthen communication, collaboration, and performance. He has partnered with businesses, government agencies, and nonprofits, to equip leaders with essential people skills that drive success. Creator of the T.E.A.M. Communication Styles® assessment, Alan helps leaders and teams recognize and adapt their communication style to promote collaboration, reduce conflict and increase retention. He has trained more than 5,000 leaders and team members on communication styles. With a Master’s in Management and 40+ programs designed, he now shares his expertise with trainers, coaches, and organizations worldwide.

Cancellation Policy
As soon as you complete the registration process, you will be guaranteed a seat at this event. The completed registration process initiates an invoice from ATD Baton Rouge to you that may be paid online or by mail. Be sure to register using a valid and accessible email address to receive automated event confirmations, invoices, and Zoom links for virtual events. ATDBR is not responsible for undeliverable communication due to registration errors.
Event cancellations received at least 48 hours prior to the event may be eligible to receive a refund for the event registration. Eligible cancellations will be accepted via email to treasurer@atdbatonrouge.org. All refund requests must be made by the member or credit card holder. Requests for cancellations after the stated deadline will not be eligible for transfer or refund.
