This presentation will share project management tools and how they can be used in the development and delivery of performance Interventions. We will discuss the importance of defining the project’s scope and how a work breakdown structure can help visualize resource requirements. We will also talk about how risk management, communication management and change management become more important as the complexity of the project increases. I will answer questions and facilitate discussion on any other project management and performance improvement topics as posed by the audience.
Joe Srofe, Sr. Fluor Federal Petroleum Operations, LLC
Joe has more than 20 years experience in human resource management and performance development. He is currently the Manager of Performance Development at Fluor Federal Petroleum Operations, LLC, Contractor to the U. S. Department of Energy, Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Previously, he has worked for DM Petroleum Operations, formerly DynMcDermott, and the US Army. He is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with bachelor’s degrees in business and management.
