 Program Details

An important part of organizational learning and development is knowing your organization’s needs, yet we often skip over the needs assessment because it seems such a huge project to tackle. In this presentation, we will explore how to break up the overwhelming process into manageable parts that take needs assessments from daunting to easy.

Program Objectives
At the end of the presentation, you will be able to design and implement a needs assessment.
