Often in Learning & Development, we are called on to provide coaching. Business coaching is very much like sports coaching. A sporting coach pushes an athlete to achieve optimum performance, provides support when they are exhausted and teaches the athlete to execute plays that their competition does not anticipate.
A sporting coach will make you run more laps than you feel like. A sporting coach will tell it like it is. And a sporting coach will listen.
The role of business coaching is to coach employees to improve their performance through guidance, support and encouragement. Dan Zimanski will share how you can maximize the coaching opportunities you have to drive results. Dan’s extensive experience in coaching can help you learn to focus on asking the right questions that lead people to think differently and inspire action that leads to incredible results.
