In today’s competitive business environment, value is defined by differentiation. This means work must be done faster, smarter, and cheaper. In the T&D world, the implications are significant. The traditional role of training and performance management is evolving, being redefined by the level of value it generates for the organization. In your organization, is the T&D evolution being led? If so, who is leading it? This session focuses on how to align the T&D role with the organization’s strategic priorities and create the opportunity for T&D to deliver a higher value than ever before.
