Elizabeth is a Human Resource and Talent Development professional with flair for Information Technology; Experienced in Talent Management, HR System Administration and Configuration, Full Life Cycle Recruiting, Performance Management, Coaching, Needs Assessments, Employee Development, Instructional Design and Development, and everything else that can happen between Onboarding and Offboarding.  She enjoys leading cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions for a range of organizational needs and possess the ability to communicate complex ideas to various levels of the organization. Her professional learning and development experience spans many roles across multiple industries: hospitality, academia, gaming, healthcare, construction and petrochemical. In her role with Turner Industries Group, she manages multiple Training & Development Programs, coaches professional personnel, designs custom learning solutions, and acts as an internal learning consultant within the organization. Elizabeth is a Mississippi native with a love for Louisiana food and culture. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Workforce Training and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi.  Additional credentials include:  Certified Occupational Safety Manager (COSM), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Master Trainer, and Certified Learning Professional (CLP) certificate from the Jack and Patti Phillips Workforce Learning and Performance Institute at the University of Southern Mississippi.  In her spare time, she enjoys exploring southern culture, community outreach, Saints football, and spending time with her friends and family.  StrengthFinders Top 5: Analytical, Learner, Relator, Responsibility, Consistency.
