Emotional Intelligence

Emotional Intelligence - what does that mean?  In the 1990s, groundbreaking research on the brain opened the door to understanding, among other things, our emotions.  Proven business cases indicate that possessing emotional intelligence accounts for 80 - 90% of an individual's success in the workplace.  Intelligence contributes only about 20%!  Knowing, understanding, and controlling our emotions are the keys to success.  Join us as we discuss emotional intelligence within the workplace.  After attending this meeting, you will be able to:
  • Describe emotional intelligence
  • Discuss the impact of emotional intelligence on the workplace

Attendees also will receive a special take away bonus!

Be sure to tell your friends to register.  All attendees will receive a card for a complimentary Everything DiSC Management profile!  The completed Everything DiSC Management profile is valued at $83.75.  For more information, visit www.everythingdisc.com.
