As talent managers are inundated with day-to-day management of staff, resources, and time, managing employee performance is one of those tasks that if not appropriately attended to, may fall off the radar. While we probably understand why performance management is vital to our teams, aiding in the improvement of employee performance is where we may find that we don’t focus enough attention. This topic of “Performance Improvement: Why Can’t They Just Do What They’re Supposed To Do?” will provide participants with a clear assessment of performance management, a few easy steps to follow in the improvement of employee performance, and tips on how to sustain employee efforts for greater accountability.
