Ashley Lalande joined mLevel in 2012 and manages large enterprise clients as a Senior Account Strategist. She helps global organizations including AT&T, JP Morgan Chase, Randstad, Electronic Arts and Cargill improve learning effectiveness, engagement and knowledge retention for their employees. Ashley previously spent 11 years in consulting services, first with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture) and then with Slalom which incubated mLevel internally. Ashley received her B.S. and B.B.A. from Millsaps College and her M.B.A. from William and Mary. She resides in Baton Rouge, LA with her two young sons, Henry and Wade.

mLevel is the industry leading micro learning platform and was founded in June 2012. With headquarters in Atlanta, mLevel serves clients from the Fortune Global 500 to small businesses across a wide range of industries and use cases that range from onboarding to leadership and compliance. mLevel was founded on three important discoveries that led to a new paradigm in enterprise learning and skills mastery:
· People engage differently today than in the past and enterprise solutions need to accommodate that.
· Learning science has made huge strides in understanding how people learn, yet available solutions haven’t evolved to incorporate these findings
· It’s OK to have fun at work! In fact, having fun at work makes employees happier and more productive

There are three key components to the mLevel solution and those include the user interface for more effective learning outcomes, the studio for more efficient authoring and the analytics engine for accurate measurement of knowledge. To get more information about mLevel, visit
