Sharon will take us through a simple but thorough process for improving instructional design in a variety of instructional formats. The key to good instructional design is in the planning phase, and this is the phase that is often overlooked due to time pressures. But, it doesn't have to be complicated and overly time-consuming in order for instructional design to be effective. She'll show you how!

Participants will:
  • Define the ADDIE Instructional Design Process.
  • Identify key shortcut methods to instructional design that don't impact effectiveness.
