Ever felt like your training didn't seem to make a difference?  Do you wonder why your managers don't use you as a resource when performance problems occur? Does the training you offer seem more like an event rather than a process that impacts or improves performance? It's time for a new perspective! Let's look at workplace learning and performance from a whole new perspective: the "system of performance" perspective.  Join us for a full day seminar that will challenge you to think differently about the purpose of training and explore strategies for achieving such purpose.  We will look at why training doesn't work and what we can do about it. Featuring both manager and practitioner perspectives, we will share tips, tools, templates, and best practices for application and value-added results you can create.

6.0 (General HR) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.

"The use of this seal is not an endorsement by the HR Certification Institute of the quality of the program. It means that this program has met the HR Certification Institute's criteria to be pre-approved for recertification credit."
