In the career of most training professionals, at some point you will need to design and deliver training on a topic that is considered by most audiences to be dry, boring or even irrelevant. This session will teach you powerful design and delivery principles to engage learners, keep their interest and anchor the learning points, and spur them to act on the information. Nancy will demonstrate these principles in an interactive demonstration of how a Ponzi scheme works.

Program Objectives
  • Your program must answer the audience's #1 unasked question
  • Use a hook or theme to anchor the learning points
  • Surprise them
  • Engage them
  • READ to be a lifelong learner of training
