Biography
Over her career, Elizabeth has developed a reputation of solving problems, making things happen, and creating high-impact talent development initatives using her passion for Learning & Development and knack for Information Technology. She brings over 20+ years experience in HR and Training from multiple industries and experience in all facets of Talent Development, Learning and HR Project Management, Managing the employee life cycle from Recruiting to Offboarding, Facilitation (In-person & Virtual), Survey Design, Data Analysis, Needs Assessment & Needs Analysis, LMS, HRIS, and ATS Administration, and BI Data and Reporting.
Elizabeth is a native of Jackson, Mississippi. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology and a Master's degree in Workforce Training and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi. Additional credentials include: National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER) Master Trainer, NCCER Construction Workforce Development Professional, Certified Occupational Safety Manager (COSM), Certified Knowledge Manager (CKM), and Certified Learning Professional (CLP) certificate from the Jack and Patti Phillips Workforce Learning and Performance Institute at the University of Southern Mississippi. In her spare time, she enjoys New Orleans Saints football, reading, exploring southern culture, photography, live music, coaching youth sports and spending time with her friends and family.
I enjoy leading cross-functional teams to develop practical solutions for a range of organizational needs and possess the ability to communicate complex ideas to various levels of the organization.
